The purpose of the paper aims at engaging in critical reflection of a personal decision making situation in a similar environment in which I engaged in decision making processes. First of all, this paper will demonstrate various decision making perspectives and techniques to make sure that my own managerial decision making is theory based.  In the second, this paper will analyze the decision-making process to have s better understanding of how to make a rational decision. Thirdly, I would like to talk about the criteria of decision-making. In my own managerial decision making process, I adopt the reasonable criteria rather than perfect criteria to judge my decision-making.
