Third, the organization also needs to make some modification in the marketing mix that the organization offers in the market (Hollensen, 2007). In addition, the organization also need to change its communication and promotion approach and rather than airing the same standardized TVC that has been prepared for the UK or other European market, the organization need to prepare customized communication messages that has been tailored taking into consideration the Chinese women and their needs and aspiration (123 Help Me, 2010). Such a communication strategy will help Avon to better communicate the core strengths of the organization, and Avon products will be in position to better accomplish the sales growth and other targets in the country (Johnson et al., 2008).
